Dead Studios Project License
This license explains what you can and cannot do with Create: FE Converter. In short: you can play with it freely, use it on servers, and include it in modpacks, but you cannot claim it as your own, reupload it, reverse engineer it, or redistribute modified copies.
Create: FE Converter is owned by Dead Studios. The mod, its branding, textures, models, code, compiled files, project page assets, and related materials remain the property of Dead Studios unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Using the mod does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, source code rights, or publishing rights to you.
You may download and use Create: FE Converter for personal gameplay, private worlds, public Minecraft servers, and modpacks.
You may include the mod in a modpack as long as the mod is credited to Dead Studios and the mod is not presented as your own work.
You may record, stream, screenshot, review, showcase, or make tutorial content using the mod.
You may not reupload Create: FE Converter as a standalone file on CurseForge, Modrinth, GitHub, Discord, file sharing sites, or any other platform without written permission from Dead Studios.
You may not redistribute modified versions, patched jars, copied assets, repackaged builds, or renamed versions of the mod without written permission.
If the mod is included in a modpack, the modpack page must not imply that you created or own Create: FE Converter.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code, internal implementation, private assets, or unreleased content from Create: FE Converter.
You may not use the mod's code, assets, behavior, or internal implementation as a base for another project without written permission from Dead Studios.
When Create: FE Converter is included in a server pack, modpack, video description, or public project list, credit should be given as: Create: FE Converter by Dead Studios.
Do not remove or obscure Dead Studios branding, author credits, license notices, mod metadata, or links included with the mod.
Create: FE Converter is provided as-is. Dead Studios does not guarantee compatibility with every modpack, server, launcher, Create version, NeoForge version, or Minecraft setup.
Dead Studios is not responsible for world corruption, crashes, server issues, data loss, mod conflicts, or other damage caused by installing, using, misconfiguring, modifying, or redistributing the mod.
If you want to redistribute the mod, modify it, port it, use its assets, translate it, fork it, or use it as part of another public project, contact Dead Studios and get written permission first.
Permission may be approved, denied, limited, or revoked by Dead Studios at its discretion.
Dead Studios may update this license for future versions of Create: FE Converter. Updated terms apply to versions released with or after the updated license.
If a specific version includes its own license file, that license applies to that version.
Free to use. Credit Dead Studios. Do not steal, reupload, redistribute modified copies, reverse engineer, decompile, or claim Create: FE Converter as your own.
